Services
We provide garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services within Dubai. Emergency call-outs depend on technician availability.
Booking
- Services can be booked via phone, email, or website.
- Confirmation depends on availability and booking approval.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in AED and subject to 5% UAE VAT.
Payment methods: cash, or bank transfer. - Deposits may be required for large installations.
Warranty & Liability
- Installations may include a limited warranty (details at purchase).
- Warranty excludes misuse, accidental damage, or third-party tampering.
- Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Same-day cancellations may incur service fees.
- Refunds are handled in line with UAE consumer protection laws.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service location details.
- Ensure safe access for technicians.
- Secure pets, valuables, and property during service.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, government restrictions, emergencies).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes will be settled in Dubai courts.
